The elliptical shape below appears to be flat on the ground (no shadows) and so is unlikely to be a crater. Also any impact would be likely to destroy the arc shape through the center. The other diagram shows this is a perfect ellipse, as I have inserted an ellipse in the center.

The next diagram shows the same ellipse on its side perfectly aligns on the central arc.
