There are a lot of straight ridges that may be walls (outlined in white), and rocks that line up looking like ancient foundations of buildings. The shape in the ellipse is like a humanoid figure, with arms or wing like features raised up. It is on a symmetrical round hill. The crater directly above its head has 2 angular sides.

This has a piece with the tone curve separately adjusted. The figure seems
clearly humanoid.
The mound may be some sort of burial chamber, with a depiction of the inhabitant like a sarcophagus. Alternatively it may have the same unknown purpose as the face in Cydonia.
The white lines indicate straight ridges and other
unusual objects. The large object appears to have a lot of straight edges,
looking constructed. The cave entrance has several straight edges.
