The similarity is a coincidence but good enough to make some comparisons. At A one would make a cut in the ridge on both sides to make the mouth at 1. At B the ridge may have been thicker and flattened to make the main part of the nose at 2. C would be more horizontal in the face ridge, shown as 3.
